Its an unfortunate post to make, but as times change we need to critically investigate our underlying infrastructure to ensure that we can succeed and survive alongside our business partners. Over the past few weeks, and in light of the tariff situation caused by this administration, I've been delving into our costs and expenses to make sure that we can remain sustainable and continue providing the best product we can for you and your stores. As a result we have a few key changes that we will be implementing:
- MSRP changes: For many products the MSRP has been raised, $3-5. Most notably the Owlbear Plush is now MSRP at $40, and books like the baby bestiary handbooks which were previously $35, are now $38. This can be viewed on each project.
- Introduction of Bundles: We're working on premade bundles, which will include a preset array of product, which we hope will become the underlying basis of your orders. These will be discounted more than individual cases.
- Free Shipping: The minimum qualifying retail order has been increased to $1500, and will only apply to commercial addresses (or the nearest pickup hub). (Eligible for USA, AUS, UK/EU). Free Shipping will automatically apply at checkout (though commercial address will still need to be confirmed).

Volumetric Discounts: Our per-order volumetric discounts have also been shifted to incentivize larger order minimums. In addition, they will also apply automatically at checkout.
- $1,500 | 2% off entire order + Free Shipping
- $5,000 | 6% off entire order + Free Shipping
- $10,000 | 8% off entire order + Free Shipping
- $20,000 | 10% off entire order + Free Shipping
